I’m Zoe (she/her). I am here to be with you on your own journey meeting you exactly where you are. I bring curiosity and tenderness to my sessions. The therapeutic space is one to be both honored and nurtured – a space to walk alongside your inner world and inner self. I work from a trauma-informed lens, which means I ensure your safety and the path you have walked leading up to our work together is at the forefront of our work. I understand that the therapeutic environment can feel quite strange at times. Trust and safety are crucial in our sessions together. I look forward to connecting with you.
